At ReadyGele, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please review our returns policy below:
- We kindly ask that you use a wig cap when trying on geles for hygiene reasons. Wig caps are available for purchase on our site or you may use your own.
- Please ensure that all tags remain intact when trying on the product.
- To qualify for a refund, the order must be canceled within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Refunds will only be issued if this condition is met.
- Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including international orders, geles that were placed on special order specifically for you.
Processing Your Return:
For your protection, we recommend using a recorded or special delivery service when returning items to us. ReadyGele cannot be held liable for any products lost or damaged during transit, and you are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.
