STANDARD DELIVERY NOTICE

Our standard delivery typically takes 2-5 days to process your order. Once fulfilled, your package will be dispatched from our warehouses via your selected delivery method. For UK addresses opting for the standard £5.95 delivery, parcels are sent via Royal Mail first class. Delivery usually occurs within a week of order placement, though it's not guaranteed. In case of absence, Royal Mail may leave a 'While You Were Out' card for collection at your local sorting office

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK - EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

To our wonderful customers in Europe, we dispatch your parcels using Royal Mail International Signed For. This service requires a signature upon delivery and costs £11.95. Royal Mail estimates delivery within three to fourteen working days from the dispatch date. Please note that this service does not offer tracking outside the UK.

For high-value orders, UPS courier may be necessary. Our dedicated Customer Services team will contact you to upgrade your shipping method and provide a tracking number.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to taxes and import duties upon delivery, for which you are responsible.

We strongly advise checking your local  customs duty registration  before finalising your  order.

Kindly note that our website transacts in UK Sterling. For currency conversion, we recommend the excellent service provided by Xe.com.

US Delivery

Eager to receive your glorious purchase sooner? DHL Express Delivery  is within 2-3 working days with tracking - £29.99

For items valued over £400, we automatically upgrade to UPS tracked shipping, starting from £19.99. We'll reach out to you directly to arrange this upgrade and provide your tracking number.

Before your package arrives, please ensure to check for any customs charges applicable to your country. It's essential to settle any incurred costs promptly.

International Delivery

Returns Policy:

At ReadyGele, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please review our  returns policy below:

• We kindly ask that you use a wig cap when trying on geles for hygiene reasons. Wig caps are available for purchase on our site or you may use your own.
• Please ensure that all tags remain intact when trying on the product.
• Geles and headwears must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, and should not have been worn, Additionally, they must be free from any odors such as food smells, hair spray, perfume, or cigarette odors.
• To qualify for a refund, the order must be canceled within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Refunds will only be issued if this condition is met.
• Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including international orders, geles that were placed on special order specifically for you.

Processing Your Return:

For your protection, we recommend using a recorded or special delivery service when returning items to us. ReadyGele cannot be held liable for any products lost or damaged during transit, and you are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.
